INDIAN INSTITUTE OF QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Initiated in December 1998, Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors formerly known as Indian Quantity Surveyors (IQSA) a non-profitable professional body registered in India with a vision to share and develop knowledge among the fellow Indian Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Cost Engineers, Contract Administrators, and other similar professionals.

Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors was initially started by a few members but after organizing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events on a monthly basis, the strength has started to increase with every meet. Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors realized that Indian Engineering degree does not adequately cover the subjects such as Contract Procedure, Finance and Development, Project Cost Control, Dispute Resolution, Construction Law, Risk Management etc., which are essentially required for effective commercial management of the construction contract at a global level.

STED Council

STED COUNCIL (Scientific & Technical Education Development Council) is an Autonomous Body and a National Level Organisation. Since 2005, registered under Govt. of Kerala and Indian NGO under District Central, National Capital Territory (Govt. of India and the State Government of India. The organisation enjoys credibility with a large number of departments in Govt. of India and the State Governments and has carved out a nicha of itself all over the state and serves the country as non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organisation.
